ROYAL ADVERTISING AGENCY / DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

Disconnect, delete, or close your account.

Updated 24 October 2026 · Royal Advertising Agency

You can remove saved data yourself or ask Royal Advertising Agency to delete Royal Data Hub information associated with your account. These instructions also apply to information obtained through Meta login.

1. Delete a saved dataset

  1. Sign in to Royal Data Hub with the account that owns the workspace.
  2. Open Settings → Dataset storage.
  3. Select the dataset to delete, review the confirmation, and confirm only if you want it permanently removed.

This removes that dataset from the active application database. Other datasets and the original data at Meta, Google or another source are unaffected. Copies you previously exported remain under your control.

2. Disconnect a source

  1. Open Connectors → Your authorized connections.
  2. Choose Disconnect for the relevant connection and confirm.
  3. To revoke the provider's authorization as well, open its settings and remove Royal Data Hub's access.

Disconnecting removes the saved connection and its tokens from Royal Data Hub. Reports already saved are kept until you delete them separately.

3. Revoke Meta authorization

In Facebook, open your account settings and find Business integrations or Apps and websites. Select Royal Data Hub and remove it. Depending on the authorization, you may also need to review the business portfolio's Business settings → Integrations / Business integrations. Meta's labels may vary by account.

Revoking Meta authorization prevents further use of that authorization but does not automatically remove reports previously imported into Royal Data Hub. Delete those reports or request complete deletion below.

4. Request complete deletion or account closure

Email info@royaladsagency.com with the subject Royal Data Hub data deletion request. Send it from the email used for your Royal Data Hub account and include:

Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details or one-time codes. We may ask for additional non-secret information to verify that you own the account. After verification, we will confirm the scope, remove the relevant active records and reply with the outcome or any information still needed.

5. What a complete request covers

A complete account deletion request covers saved connections and tokens, imported and retrieved datasets, workspace records, source account references, campaign drafts, pending authorization records and trial/account records associated with the verified account. Billing or security records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations; we will explain any exception. Infrastructure backups and logs, if retained, follow the provider's retention process.

Deleting Royal Data Hub information does not delete campaigns or source data in Meta or Google, remove files you exported, cancel a source platform's subscription, or close accounts you hold with other providers. If you have an active Royal Data Hub subscription, request cancellation as well; deletion alone must not be assumed to stop payment-provider renewals.
